  • Who is the MBJ service for?

  • How do I know the MBJ is for me?

    This is precisely what we evaluate together.

  • Can I invite my partner or business partner to participate?

    Yes! In fact, it is recommended. This way the initial mapping will be much more complete.

  • Are you going to try to sell me something during the call?

    It depends. Only if our specialist understands that our transformation journey really makes sense for you and finds you at the right time. Our creation and mapping process is done by 4 or more hands, so everyone needs to be willing to make it happen.

  • Do you teach how to do it or do it for us?

    Most of the time, we do it for you. But remember we said that we work together here? So, that's the idea. That everyone participates and collaborates with the project and with the REMIND® team responsible for it.

  • How long is the complete BX journey?

    It depends. The project usually lasts between 3 and 6 months of work. This variation occurs based on the scope of the project, the creative demand and the time for feedback and approvals.

  • After the strategic session, what will be the next steps?

    With the conclusion of the strategic session, we will have validation of a possible continuity in the transformation journey. If this is the scenario, we will begin onboarding immediately. There you will get to know your digital work environment and take the first steps in the step that makes the most sense according to the challenges and brand objectives previously mapped out together with our team.
